New Moon in Sagittarius — To thine own self be true

Saturn is spending its final days in Sagittarius, where it has been since December 2014. Lovely Venus is also in Sagittarius and a retrograde Mercury is there as well. We could be feeling the need for freedom! Our thoughts, our movements, our freedoms to be ourselves and to express ourselves and to be free of bondage and sexual exploitation and immortality.

Sagittarius will challenge us to always look at things philosophically and to let truth be the guide.

Saturn, the cosmic ass-kicker, is getting ready to enter its home sign of Capricorn on December 19th or 20th, depending on your locale, for the first time since 1991. Saturn will join Pluto in Capricorn. Pluto has been in the sign of the Sea Goat since 2008. Since that time, the way we trade currency has changed dramatically and the way we govern ourselves has also evolved.

A shot of good common-sense tradition will help facilitate the wild-wild-west mentality of new currency and the exchanging of goods and services. Since 2008, the global marketplace has exploded and we find that we are blessed to be doing business instantly with somebody half a world away in a global eCommerce connectivity.

Saturn in Sagittarius also helped user in a new era of digital in the media. Content is available at our convenience.

The new moon in Sagittarius will encourage us to aim our arrows high. However, with a Mercury retrograde still beckoning us to be reflective and to think things through before we act, we are best advised to finish what we have already started and to give our work a good double and maybe even a triple check to make sure all is right.

This could be the time of a global wake up call of sorts. The word “Activist” was the most searched in 2017. We can all be encouraged to make a difference. In our own lives and well as the lives of those in our community of people, animals and all living things.
