We send big congratulations to long distance swimmer Diana Nyad on her successful attempt to swim from Cuba to Key West, Florida. The 110-mile swim took Diana two days to complete and she did it unaided by a shark cage. Here’s her message to all who dare to defy the odds and attempt the “impossible:” “I have three messages. One is we should never, ever give up. Two is you never are too old to chase your dreams. Three is it looks like a solitary sport, but it takes a team.”
