Tired of all the BS from the stress of everyday life? Well, try tuning your MBS. Keeping your Mind-Body-Soul index balanced and in tune is essential to accomplishing anything of significance. Meditate, breathe and relax to find your center. I’m from L.A. where the air doesn’t always encourage you to want to take deep breaths of it; it’s nice to be able to fill your lungs with fresh, clean air rather than with exhaust fumes from an overrun of cars. Breathing properly feeds your brain with the fuel that it needs most — oxygen. So when you’re feeling down, out or just run down and almost out but not quit yet, take a deep breath, count to 10 and hit that punching bag two or three, maybe four times. You’ll be better off for it. No punching bag? Well, find a Mexican birthday party and take all of your anger and frustrations out on a pinata. You’ll get some treats in return for your outlet. Dulces, anyone? Good old fashioned exercise is as good for your body as laughter is for your outlook.
